How Does The Mind Flow Method Work?
The Mind Flow Method follows a structured four-session framework, with each session building upon the last to support deeper insight and lasting change.
At its core, the process integrates Clinical Hypnotherapy and Medical Qigong. Clinical Hypnotherapy supports subconscious exploration through guided trance, active imagination, and experiential techniques, while Medical Qigong helps regulate the nervous system through breathwork, movement, and body-based awareness practices.
Depending on your needs, the process may also incorporate:
Somatic awareness practices
Parts work and symbolic exploration
Polyvagal-informed approaches
Psychedelic integration support (if appropriate)
While each experience is personalized, the foundation remains the integration of subconscious work and nervous system regulation.
-
We begin by developing an understanding of the meditative or trance state. Together, we'll clarify your goals, explore your current patterns, and begin building awareness of your nervous system and how to enter a receptive, regulated state. You'll also learn foundational tools to support regulation and self-awareness between sessions.
-
We begin developing a deeper relationship with the underlying patterns influencing your current challenges. Using guided trance, somatic awareness, and subconscious exploration, we explore where these patterns originated and how they live in the body and subconscious.
-
This session focuses on working directly with what has been uncovered. Through hypnotherapy, nervous system-based practices, and somatic awareness, we begin releasing stored patterns, and shifting your internal responses.
-
The final session focuses on reinforcing new patterns and ways of being to support lasting change. We'll strengthen regulation tools, identify practical next steps, and integrate the insights and shifts from the previous sessions into daily life.
-
Transformation doesn't happen only during sessions. To support integration and lasting change, you'll receive personalized practices that may include:
Short daily regulation practices (5–15 minutes)
Awareness of triggers and body-based responses
Optional journaling or reflection prompts
Applying new responses in real-life situations
The goal is not simply to have meaningful experiences during sessions, but to build the skill of creating inner balance and flow so change continues outside the sessions.

The Mind Flow Method is designed for individuals who feel stuck in recurring patterns, are navigating stress or burnout, or are seeking a deeper approach to personal growth and self-understanding.
Many clients come to this work after trying other approaches and feeling that something deeper remains unresolved. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, the process explores the subconscious and nervous system patterns that may be contributing to the challenges you're experiencing.
Jonathan also has a particular interest in supporting men and high-performing individuals who may be carrying significant responsibility, pressure, perfectionism, or difficulty slowing down and reconnecting with themselves.
-
Many approaches focus primarily on conscious insight and understanding. While insight can be valuable, it doesn't always create lasting change on its own.
The Mind Flow Method works directly with both the subconscious mind and nervous system through Clinical Hypnotherapy, Medical Qigong, and experiential practices. This can help create faster access to underlying patterns, reduce reliance on willpower alone, and support more sustainable, embodied change.
