Hi, I’m Jonathan.
I’m Jonathan Taylor, a Registered Clinical Hypnotherapist (ARCH), Certified Medical Qigong Facilitator and Nervous System Practitioner based in Calgary, Alberta.
Since opening my practice in 2021, I’ve specialized in supporting individuals who feel emotionally exhausted, disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns that no longer feel aligned with the life they want to live.
My work blends clinical hypnotherapy with nervous system regulation and body-based practices to support deeper, more sustainable change — helping clients move beyond coping and reconnect with greater clarity, resilience, and self-awareness.
At the centre of my practice is The Mind Flow Method — a structured process designed to help uncover and shift the deeper subconscious and nervous system patterns shaping how we think, feel, and respond to life.
Why I Do This Work
Mind Flow Therapeutics emerged following my own experiences navigating high-performance environments, mental health struggles, and a growing disconnect from myself.
On paper, I looked successful — with a background in competitive athletics, finance, and the energy sector — but internally I was struggling with burnout, anxiety, depression, and patterns I couldn’t seem to break.
Everything shifted after my first experience with hypnotherapy, which led me into years of deeper study in subconscious work, nervous system regulation, and mind-body healing — drawing from both modern therapeutic approaches and ancient practices.
What I eventually came to understand is that insight and willpower alone don’t always create lasting change. Breaking deeply ingrained patterns often requires working with the nervous system and subconscious mind directly.
That realization became the foundation of my work today. My goal is not simply to help people manage symptoms, but to support deeper and more sustainable change.

The name Mind Flow reflects the shift from mental friction and emotional dysregulation into a state of greater alignment — where the mind, body, and nervous system are working together more coherently. The Mind Flow approach is centered on:
